Sandy Westerman I just want to say that I love the book! I love the stories and “lessons learned”. I am new to my empathic experiences, and I have a lot of questions. The answers come, and I realize why it happened, but it is so helpful for me to read what you have learned through your experiences.

If you’ve ever wondered about your own, or someone else’s, uncanny ability to sense or perceive things-this book just might be for you. It is an easy read, filled with incredibly insightful information. It might validate things you’ve questioned and also help you understand some of your (or someone else’s) differences.

Empath is Not a Four Letter Word is a compelling and fascinating study for people who are gifted (or cursed) with empathic abilities. The author uses her own experiences, which makes the book very readable and fascinating. As a psychologist , I think this book will bring many insights for people who are empaths. I highly recommend this book.

Westerman is a delightful storyteller! I couldn’t put the book down, each chapter is so engaging. What emerges is the portrayal of wonderful woman, full of vitality and sincere in her quest. Would have liked to read more about her challenge with chemical sensitivity and her work with children as a theater director. Not so interested in the empath conclusions but it didn’t interfere with my enjoyment of the book. Well done.

This book is a great and engaging read about recognizing and using your special additional senses. It includes many interesting true stories about real lifetime experiences with the extra senses as well as instructions for how to work with non-physical energies. Written from a first-hand personal point of view.

Waiting For The Sequel
A good read to start one thinking about this topic. Great exercises given by the author to heal oneself and connect with our sixth sense. Once you sit down and read this quick moving book, you find yourself wanting to learn more about the author and subject matter. Hopefully Ms.Westerman will write a sequel getting more in-depth into this newly established realm of seeking truths within oneself and beyond. Bravo! Let’s see volume 2 asap.
